Experiment with styles, peer review, revision, and various forms of writing such as short fiction, nonfiction, poetry and drama. Explore your ideas and adventures in written form. True writing workshop -- share pieces with peers in order to give and receive feedback. Find out where you are in writing, improve upon your skills, and see where you want to go with your writing in a safe, friendly environment of encouragement and guidance.

Instructor Terry Rainey taught Creative Writing in Alexandria, Virginia, for ten years. He wrote a monthly humor column, Sunny Side Up, but his best work is written on the subway walls. He’s currently at work on three books: Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering, Chairman Mao and Liberace: The Untold Story, and Upstate Accordion Tales. He has participated in writing groups in Whitesboro, Clinton, Canastota, Remsen, Liverpool, Fort Plain, and Little Falls. He loves to write, to share writing, and to have it shared.
