INSURANCE
Certificate of insurance must be provided by your business or organization. If you are renting as an individual for an event open to the public, you must provide an event policy. (We can help set this up!)
DEPOSIT
Renters are required to submit a 50% deposit in order to secure a booking.
EQUIPMENT ACCESS
Renters have access to equipment and furniture — cocktail tables, chairs, AV equipment, and more.
RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES
Renters are responsible for food and drink, promotion, and personnel.
COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY
Renters are responsible for establishing and maintaining COVID-19 protocol for their personnel and attendees.
